Every variety we sell earns its place on that list.
Four grasses.
That’s the whole product line.
The Grass Yard is a Texas sod supplier. We grow and deliver four grasses — Raleigh St. Augustine, Tahoma 31 Bermuda, Palisades Zoysia, and Tifway 419 Bermuda. We deliver all over Central and South Texas. Not sure of our service area? Give a call at 830.349.3320.
Why only four?
We’re not the biggest sod operation in the state, and we’re not trying to be. We picked four grasses because those four cover the real problems a Texas yard runs into: not enough sun, too much water going to waste, heavy foot traffic, or wanting a lawn that actually looks like something.
Who orders from us
Homeowners replacing a lawn that’s given up, or starting from bare dirt after a new build. Landscapers sourcing sod for a client’s property on a schedule they can’t move. Builders who need turf down the week a house closes, not two weeks after.
We work the same way with all three, tell us the square footage and how the space gets used, and we’ll tell you which of our four grasses fits.
How we operate
We’re open Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Orders of 1-3 pallets are limited to our immediate service delivery area.
If your address falls outside our delivery radius, call 830.349.3320 before you order, we’ll tell you straight whether delivery makes sense or if we can provide a better option.
